If your organization is dealing with recurring performance instability, conflicting reports, unclear root causes, or decisions that no longer match operational reality, this request starts the review process.
This is not a general sales form. It is a qualification step for organizations that need to understand what the system is actually showing before more time, money, and leadership attention are spent in the wrong direction.

Request a System Clarity Review
This request path is built for leadership teams facing structural business friction where the visible symptoms may not explain the real cause.
- Repeated operational issues that keep returning after fixes.
- Performance reports that do not match what leaders or employees are experiencing.
- Departments interpreting the same situation differently.
- Workforce instability, trust erosion, or behavior patterns that are hard to explain from dashboards alone.
- Leadership uncertainty about whether the problem is people, process, incentives, data, structure, or interpretation.
What this request starts
Submitting this form starts a fit review. If the request appears appropriate, the next step is an initial clarity consultation.
The purpose of that consultation is to determine whether there is enough operational signal and leadership alignment to justify a deeper formal clarity review.
What this request does not start
- It does not start a free diagnostic or audit pass.
- It does not create an open strategy session.
- It does not begin a full business or systems analysis.
- It does not create a live troubleshooting workshop.
- It does not require SimplifyPlusAI to accept the engagement.
Request a System Clarity Review
Complete the fields below. Every response is reviewed manually. Incomplete or unfocused requests will not advance.
1. Purpose of the Meeting
This meeting is used exclusively to determine whether SimplifyPlusAI’s diagnostic process is a fit for the structural issue your organization is trying to solve.
The purpose is not to solve the issue during this initial call.
The purpose is to understand the signals involved, analyze the macro business context, and evaluate whether there is enough operational alignment to justify a deeper, formal clarity review.
2. Operational Constraints & Boundaries
To maintain high-signal communication and maximize focus, this meeting is bound by the following structural rules:
Three-Person Maximum: Attendance is strictly limited to a maximum of three (3) participants from your organization. This ensures we are speaking directly with key decision-makers and keeps the initial assessment focused.
Audio-Only Execution: This consultation is conducted entirely via standard voice link or audio-only connection. No FaceTime, video feeds, or screen-sharing streams are used. This eliminates visual presentation noise and focuses entirely on the integrity of the verbal operational data.
3. What We Will Discuss
- What specific, macro-level issue prompted this conversation.
- Where the business is currently experiencing friction, structural confusion, or performance inconsistency.
- What data architectures, reports, workflows, or operational signals are involved.
- What leadership currently believes is the root cause of the issue.
- Whether distinct internal teams are interpreting the situation differently.
- Whether your organization is genuinely open to what the data and evidence may actually show.
4. What This Meeting Is Not
To avoid any misalignment of expectations, this meeting is not:
- A free diagnostic or audit pass.
- An open strategy session.
- A full business or systems analysis.
- A live troubleshooting workshop.
- A request for us to prove our value through unpaid consulting.
- A programmatic promise that we will take on the engagement.
5. Fit Requirement
Our work requires leadership to be explicitly open to examining what the data, systems, and operational signals are actually showing. If the organization is only looking to confirm an existing bias, defend a current management interpretation, or actively avoid uncomfortable operational findings, this methodology will not be a right fit.
6. Mutual Evaluation
This is a mutual fit conversation. You are determining whether our analytical process makes sense for your organization. We are determining whether your situation is appropriate for our systems and whether leadership is prepared to engage with raw, unvarnished findings honestly.
7. Confidentiality & Security Guardrails
Please do not send sensitive employee, customer, financial, medical, legal, payroll, proprietary, or confidential business data before a formal engagement contract and NDA are executed. High-level conceptual examples and fully sanitized summaries are the only appropriate assets for this initial call.
8. Possible Outcomes
At the conclusion of the call, one of three paths will be selected:
- We agree there is enough signal and alignment to move directly into a formal Clarity Review.
- We determine that specific structural information is required before a final decision can be made.
- We determine that this engagement is not the right systemic fit.
9. Meeting Length & Directness
The initial call is locked at 30-45 minutes. The best use of this meeting is radical directness. If there is a real structural issue, we want to understand it clearly. If there is not a fit, we would rather identify that early than force a process that will not help your business.
